- Appointment of M/s. Gopesh Sahu, Company Secretaries as Secretarial Auditor to conduct Secretarial Audit for the financial year 2016-17 in place of M/s. A K Jain & Co., Company Secretaries Secretarial Auditor who have expressed his unwillingness for the reappointment as Secretarial auditor. Mr. Gopesh Sahu, is a fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and has wide experience in Secretarial and Legal Compliances. |
