| Exchange Disseminated Time | With reference to earlier "Financial Results for Mar 31, 2010" Globus Spirits Ltd has Submitted to BSE a Corrigendum to the Financial Results for March 31, 2010 as follows:
1. Note - 9 to the audited financial results regarding change in method of depreciation, the excess depreciation which has been transferred to Profit & Loss Account is Rs. 11,66,76,618/-. Hence this figure to be substituted in note-9 with the earlier figure Rs. 15,36,51,509/-.
2. The date of covering letter submitted to stock exchange attaching the audited financial result for the year ended March 31, 2010 to be read as May 15, 2010 instead of January 27, 2010. |
