| Exchange Disseminated Time 21/05/2016 15:53:16 | Sarup Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 24, 2016, inter alia;
1. To consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the company for the fourth quarter/year ending March 31, 2016 as per regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
2. To consider the Authentication of Financial Statements for the year ended March 31, 2016.
3. To consider the Auditor's Report received from the Statutory Auditors for the year ended March 31, 2016.
4. To recommend final dividend for the year ending March 31, 2016, if any.
Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the Trading Window, for dealing in the securities of the Company, shall remain closed for all directors / officers / designated employees/connected persons of the Company from May 23, 2016 to May 26, 2016 (both days inclusive).
The trading window shall remain closed for the purpose of Board meeting scheduled to be held on May 24, 2016 in which the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2016 will be considered and approved. |
