Further, pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 read with code of conduct of the Company, the trading window shall be closed from February 03, 2016 till February 15, 2015 i.e. 48 hours after the announcement of the Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter and Nine months ended December 31, 2015 of the Company. |
