1. Noted the Resignation of Mr. Keshav Sadani as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. close of business hours of June 24, 2016.
2. Approved the appointment of Mr. Manoj Kumar Digga as the Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. June 25, 2016.
