Godrej Properties Ltd has informed BSE that at the meeting of Nomination & Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company held on February 02 ,2017, the Committee has noted lapse of 15,278 options under Godrej Properties Limited Employee Stock Grant Scheme, 2011 (“GPL ESGS”) on account of resignation of an employee.

The Committee also noted lapse of all outstanding vested options under Godrej Properties Limited Employee Stock Options Plan (“GPL ESOP”) and consequently GPL ESOP stands terminated.
