| Exchange Disseminated Time 31/01/2017 07:53:12 | Omax Autos Ltd has informed BSE about Outcome of Board Meeting held on January 30, 2017. The Board of Directors of the Company inter alia, has approved the Following:
1. The Board has approved the appointment of Mr. Ghan Shyam Dass, Chief Financial Officer as a Key Managerial Personnel of the Company w.e.f. 30th January, 2017.
2. The Board took note of the status of the new projects announced on 11th March, 2016. Two of the projects, viz. at Gurgaon and Pant Nagar have already been operational as communicated earlier. Regarding the recommencement of Bawal Plant, more than 80% of the machines have already been procured and commissioned. The plant has already started its initial production in November, 2016.
