| Exchange Disseminated Time 18/05/2017 17:42:43 | Bhartiya International Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on May 29, 2017, inter alia, to consider and approve the standalone and consolidated audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2017 and to recommend dividend, if any.
In connection with the above, as per the Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders, adopted by the Board pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window shall remain closed from May 22, 2017 to May 30, 2017 (both days inclusive) for all designated persons of the Company due to consideration and approval of audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2017. |
