With reference to the above, we enclose herewith copy of the notice published in newspapers [Business Standard (English) & Sakal (Marathi)] on Thursday, 25th January, 2018, in respect of proposed transfer of unpaid dividend & equity shares in respect of which dividend has not been paid or claimed by shareholders for seven consecutive years or more to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF), pursuant to the Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (Accounting, Audit, Transfer and Refund) Rules, 2016.
