| Exchange Disseminated Time | Agio Paper & Industries Ltd has informed BSE that in order to ensure compliance of various pollution control measures as per intimation sent by the Central Pollution Control Board vide their letter dated September 16, 2010 it has been decided to shut down production activities of the mill situated at village Dhenka, P.O: Darighat - Masturi, Bilaspur - 495 551 (Chattisgarh) with effect from October 06, 2010.
The Company is in the process of ensuring all due compliances as per the Central Pollution Control Board's intimation. The Company shall inform, as soon as production activities resume. |
