Mr. Rajendra V. Gandhi, Vice Chairman and Managing Director has been appointed as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company with immediate effect and his designation henceforth shall be Chairman and Managing Director. Mr. Kandathil M. Philip has been designated as Chairman emeritus of the Company with immediate effect. |
