| Exchange Disseminated Time 29/10/2015 12:30:03 | APL Apollo Tubes Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 09, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter / half year ended September 30, 2015 (Q2- FY 2015-16).
Further, to prevent insider trading pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for the aforesaid purpose with effect from October 28, 2015 for all the Directors / Officers / Designated Employees of the Company. The trading Window shall so remain closed until forty eight hours after the date of declaration / publication of the aforesaid audited financial results and shall re-open from the start of the business hours on November 12, 2015.
All the Directors / Officers / Designated Employees of the Company have been intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window. |
