| Exchange Disseminated Time | Nalwa Sons Investments Ltd has informed BSE that the members of the Company will consider to approve the Special Resolution for shifting of the registered office of the Company from the State of Haryana to National Capital Territory of Delhi, by way of Postal Ballot.
The Company has appointed Sh Subhash Gupta, Advocate as Scrutinizer for conducting the postal ballot process in a fair & transparent manner.
The Postal Ballot form duly completed should reach the Scrutinizer on or before August 01, 2005. The Scrutinizer after scrutiny will submit his report to the Chairperson. The results of the Postal Ballot will be announced by Chairperson or in her absence, by any person so authorized by the Chairperson on August 04, 2005. |
