| Exchange Disseminated Time | PAE Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 06, 2015, inter alia, consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2014.
Further, pursuant to provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992 (as amended) read with the internal Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for trading in the securities of the Company will be closed from February 02, 2015 to February 07, 2015 (both days inclusive), i.e. 4 days prior to the date of Board Meeting and 24 Hours after the Board Meeting, for the Directors and Designated Employees of the Company. |
