| Exchange Disseminated Time 21/10/2016 12:30:07 | Essel Propack Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on October 27, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve unaudited financial result of the Company’s India standalone and consolidated of global operation for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2016.
Due to the board meeting as above, Trading Window in respect to dealing with shares / securities of the Company has been already closed for designated employees as per the Company’s insider trading code and will reopen from expiry of forty-eight hours after the announcement of the above mentioned financial results.
Further, after the aforesaid meeting, the Company has arranged for Analysts/Investors conference call on October 28, 2016.
In relation to Company's earlier communications, the Company has filed with ROC the Order of Bombay High Court dated September 01, 2016 approving the Scheme of Amalgamation of Whitehills Advisory Services Private Limited with the Company, on October 06, 2016 and effect is being given to the approved Scheme including allotment of equity shares. |
