| Exchange Disseminated Time | J. Kumar Infraprojects Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 20, 2014, inter alia, has transacted the following :
1. Directors recommended dividend of Rs. 3.75/- per equity share (i.e. 37.50% on the Face value of Rs. 10/- per Equity Share) for the financial year 2013-2014, which is subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the company.
2. Mrs. Kusum Jagdish Gupta appointed as Women Director of the Company.
3. Mr. Arvind Gupta AGM (Finance & Accounts) had been appointed as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company.
