| Exchange Disseminated Time | Minda Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board Meeting of the Company will be held on August 12, 2014, to consider and take on records the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended on June 30, 2014.
In this connection, as per Company's Code of Conduct for prohibition of Insider Trading, the 'Trading Window' for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all Directors/ Officers/ designated employees of the Company from August 05, to August 14, 2014 (both days inclusive).
