| Exchange Disseminated Time | | EIH Associated Hotels Ltd has informed BSE that the Board intends to propose an enabling Resolution under Section 81(1A) of the Companies Act, 1956 at the Company's forthcoming Annual General Meeting on August 30, 2007 to raise capital of an amount not exceeding Rs 150 Crores or its equivalent in foreign currency either in the domestic or the international market or any combination of the two through one or more classes of securities including through equity shares. Such securities are proposed to be issued to eligible persons including to resident investors, foreign investors, qualified institutional buyers, rights shares to existing shareholders or any combination thereof as may be decided by the Board. |
