| Exchange Disseminated Time | Dynamatic Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Finance Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company held on September 13, 2014:
1. Noted and ratified the appointment of Emkay Global Financial Services Limited and IL&FS Financial Services Limited as Merchant Bankers to Qualified Institutional Placement ('QIP').
2. Approved the appointment of M/s Crawford Bayley & Co. as the Legal advisors to the QIP.
3. Approved the draft notice for obtaining shareholders' approval for issue of shares by way of QIP and also approved appointment of Mr. R. Vijayakumar, Practicing Company Secretary as scrutinizer to the issue.
4. Approved the relevant date as September 13, 2014. |
