| Exchange Disseminated Time | PTC India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 07, 2010, inter alia, transacted the following :
1. PTC Board has decided that PTC India Financial Services Ltd. (PFS), its subsidiary Company shall select IPO route for its equity capital raising and PTC's stake be not less than 60% in post IPO equity capital of PFS.
2. Shri Ved Kumar Jain has been appointed as independent Director w.e.f. December 07, 2010.
3. Shri Umesh Narayan Panjiar, IAS (Retd.) has been appointed as independent Director w.e.f. December 07, 2010. |
