1. The Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2016 along with the Statement of Assets and Liabilities; and
2. The Audited Financial Statements for the Financial year ended March 31, 2016
Further, as per the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in accordance with the "Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders" framed by the Company, the "Trading Window" for trading in the securities of the Company by any "Insider" covered under the said Code shall be closed from May 14, 2016 to May 23, 2016 (both days inclusive). |
