G. S. R. 111(E) dated February 16, 2015, are applicable to the Company (w.e.f Financial Year 2017-18).
In terms of the relaxation provided by the SEBI circular CIR/CFD/FAC/62/2016 dated July 5, 2016, the Company intends to submit the un-audited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2017 on or before September 14, 2017. |
