| Exchange Disseminated Time | Media Matrix Worldwide Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 07, 2013, has allotted 90,77,85,000 Equity Shares of Re. 1/- each fully paid up at a premium of 0.20 paisa per equity share aggregating to Rs. 10893.42 Lacs, to the 457 allottees who have applied for the Equity Shares of the Company in the Right Issue.
Consequently, the paid up equity Share Capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 10,08,65,000 to Rs. 1,00,86,50,000 as on date. |
