| Exchange Disseminated Time | | With reference to the earlier announcement dated October 21, 2006, regarding the Company introducing Voluntary Retirement Scheme (VRS) for all workmen of Standard Alkali, Thane, who are on the Muster roll of the Factory as on October 18, 2006, Standard Industries Ltd has informed BSE that as on date all the workmen (including staff i.e. members and watch and ward personnel) who were on the Muster roll of the factory have availed of the VRS and submitted their individual resignations as per the VRS. All of them have been relieved from the services of the Company and paid all their legal dues including gratuity. |
