| Exchange Disseminated Time | Agro Tech Foods Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 23rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on July 28, 2010, inter alia, have also accorded to the following:
1. Declared a Dividend at the rate of 15% i.e. Rs. 1.50 per Equity Share out of the current profits of the year on 24,369,264 equity shares fully paid up, for the financial year ended March 31, 2010.
2. Approved the reappointment of Dr. Pradip Ghosh Chaudhuri as a Whole-tune Director of the Company, with effect from July 29, 2010 till July 30, 2011 or the date of the next Annual General Meeting, whichever is earlier, (both days inclusive) on remuneration, terms & conditions. |
