| Exchange Disseminated Time | Jindal South West Holdings Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has become a Core Investment Company (CIC) in terms of Core Investment Companies (Reserve Bank) Directions, 2011 dated January 05, 2011.
Consequently, as advised by The Reserve Bank of India (RBI), the Company is seeking cancellation of the Certificate of Registration as a Non Banking Financial Company (NBFC) granted by RBT under Section 45-IA of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934.
The Company would continue to carry on the business permitted to a CIC in terms of the Core Investment Companies (Reserve Bank) Directions, 2011 dated January 05, 2011. |
