| Exchange Disseminated Time | With reference to the earlier announcement dated July 04, 2011 regarding Outcome of EGM, Kavveri Telecom Products Ltd has now informed BSE about correction in the outcome of EGM held on July 04, 2011 as under :
"The shareholders at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on July 04, 2011, inter alia, have approved the following:
1. The increase in authorized capital from existing Rs. 20 crores to Rs. 25 crores and the consequent alteration to capital clause in the Memorandum of association of the company.
2. The Further issue of capital by way of Private placement of equity to Qualified Institutional Buyers, upto Rs. 75 Crores only. |
