| Exchange Disseminated Time | | Systematix Corporate Services Ltd ("Manager to the Open Offer"), on behalf of Mr. Raoof Razak Dhanani ("Acquirer") and Mrs. Anisha Raoof Dhanani ("Person Acting in Concert" or "PAC") has informed this Offer Opening Public Announcement to the Equity Shareholders of Sayaji Hotels Ltd ("Target Company"), pursuant to Regulation 18(7) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011 as amended ("the Regulations" or "SEBI (SAST) Regulations, 2011") in respect of the Open Offer ("the Offer") to acquire upto 45,54,680 fully paid-up equity shares of Rs. 10/- each, representing 26.00% of the existing paid-up and voting capital of the Target company. The Detailed Public Statement ("DPS") and Corrigendum to the PA and the DPS with respect to the aforementioned Offer was published on February 13, 2013 and February 20, 2013. |
