1- The Board of Directors approved the Un-Audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on June 30, 2017.
2- Appointment of Ms. Neelam Kapoor as an Additional Director (Non - Executive Director) with effect from July 31, 2017.
3- The Board of Directors have decided to make an application to Registrar of Companies, Gujarat, Ahmedabad, for seeking an extension of 3 months for holding the Annual General Meeting of the Company.
