| Exchange Disseminated Time 30/06/2016 12:49:04 | With reference to the earlier letter dated March 30, 2016, informed that in compliance with the Order of the Hon'ble High Court at Madras dated December 21, 2015 on matter relating to settlement to the consenting holders of FCCB (Series B) the Company has paid 60% of the settlement amount and that the High Court has, vide its Order dated March 30, 2016, granted time till June 30, 2016 for the payment of the balance 40% of the settlement amount.
Sakthi Sugars Ltd has now informed BSE that the Company has made the balance 40% payment to the consenting Bondholders and fulfilled the Order of the High Court. |
