| Exchange Disseminated Time | BSEL Infrastructure Realty Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2012, inter alia, has taken the following decisions:
1. Consideration of Proposal of Segmental Demerger of the Company.
In the Board Meeting held on March 25, 2010, the Segmental Demerger of BSEL was proposed and was put forward for feasibility study. After undertaking detailed study, Board is of opinion to drop down the proposal of Demerger as its not feasible considering conditions in industry and the company. |
