| Exchange Disseminated Time | | Magnum Ventures Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 29, 2010, inter alia, has approved the Rights Issue of Equity Shares to a tune of Rs. 24 crore approximately subject to necessary approval of the concerned authorities. The exact size and other terms and conditions of the Rights issue will be finalised subsequently in consultation with the Merchant Banks. M/s. PNB Investment Services Ltd. has been appointed as the Lead Merchant Banker of the Company for purpose of the proposed Rights Issue. |
