| Exchange Disseminated Time 28/04/2016 17:06:44 | ICRA Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 19, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the Quarter and Year ended March 31, 2016 and to recommend dividend, if any, on the equity shares of the Company for the Financial Year 2015-16.
Further, the Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Company shall remain closed for the period from April 29, 2016 to May 21, 2016 (both days inclusive). As per the Code of Conduct of the Company for Prohibition of Insider Trading framed under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives are not allowed to trade in the shares of the Company during the closure of Trading Window. |
