| Exchange Disseminated Time | | Country Club India Ltd has informed BSE that the Company have filed Company Petition No. 104 of 2012 for Sanctioning the Scheme of Amalgamation of M/s. Amrutha Estates & Hospitality Private Limited with the Company (i.e. M/s. Country Club (India) Limited) before the Hon’ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad. The Hon’ble High Court was pleased to sanction the said Scheme of Amalgamation. The Copy of the Order passed by the Hon’ble High Court has been received by the Company on April 20, 2013. |
