The Record date for the purpose of payment of interim dividend would be Friday,February 23, 2018, subject to declaration of the said interim dividend in the Board Meeting to be held on February 14,2018.
The trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed for the Company's Directors and designated employees of the Company from February 8, 2018 to February 16, 2018 (both days inclusive).
The said intimation is given pursuant to Regulation 29 read with Regulation 42 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
