| Exchange Disseminated Time | Future Market Networks Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 30, 2012, has considered and approved a Scheme of Arrangement between the Company and its 100% subsidiary viz. KB Mall Management Co Ltd and the Scheme shall not be an amendment to the Scheme of Arrangement, approved by the Board on February 07, 2012, with Agre Properties & Services Ltd.
The Board further authorized, interalia, Committee of Directors to do all such acts and deeds as may be necessary to get the Scheme of Arrangement approved from the Hon'ble High Court of Bombay and other authorities. |
