Ref: Regulation 29 (1) (a) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (LODR) Regulations
A meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Tuesday, 8th August, 2017, inter-alia, to consider financial results of the Company for the first quarter ended 30th June 2017.
In accordance with the 'Tata Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading' pursuant to the amended SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Company has intimated its Designated Persons regarding the closure of the trading window from 24th June, 2017 to 10th August, 2017 (both days inclusive).
Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, we would like to inform that an Analysts' Call on the financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2017 would be held on 9th August, 2017.
