| Exchange Disseminated Time | EIH Associated Hotels Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 31, 2014, inter alia, to approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the three months ended on December 31, 2013. The Limited Review Report of the Auditors may also be considered at the Meeting.
Further, the Trading Window of the Company under the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading devised as per the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, amended till date, shall remain closed from January 21, 2014 till February 01, 2014 (both days inclusive). |
