| Exchange Disseminated Time | IL&FS Engineering and Construction Company Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 23, 2016, inter alia, to consider additional fund raising options including issue of Preference Shares.
Further, as per the "Code of Conduct" formed under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the trading window shall be closed from January 20, 2016 to January 25, 2016 for Directors, Officers and Designated Employees, and their dependents and family members. The trading window shall be opened for the aforementioned on January 26, 2016. |
