| Exchange Disseminated Time | Kitex Garments Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 04, 2016 inter alia:
1. To consider and take on record the Audited financial results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2016 and
2. To consider a proposal for recommending final dividend for the financial year 2015-16.
Further as per Company’s Code of Conduct for prohibition of insider trading framed pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations,2015 the trading window for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company by the Directors and designated Employees of the Company shall remain closed from March 24, 2016 to April 06, 2016 (both days inclusive). |
