Notice is hereby given that a Meeting of Board of Directors of Veto Switchgears and Cables Limited which will be held on Thursday, the September 14th, 2017 at 12:00 P.M. at its Corporate Office situated at 230, Sindhi Colony, Raja Park, Jaipur- 302004. inter-alia to consider Unaudited Consolidated and Standalone Financial Results, along with Limited Review Report of the Company for the Quarter-ended, June 30th 2017.
Further, as per Code of Conduct for trading by Insiders, under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Company will be closed from September 6th, 2017 till September 16th, 2017 (Both days inclusive) i.e. after forty eight hours of the meeting.
