Momaya has tendered his resignation from the position of Whole-time Director & Chief Financial Officer of the Company effective the close of business hours on August 31, 2013 on account of the proposed transfer of his services within the Alstom Group.
The Board of Directors has accepted the resignation tendered by Mr. S. M. Momaya from the position of Whole-time Director & Chief Financial Officer of the Company effective the close of business hours on August 31, 2013. The Board of Directors further approved the continuance of Directorship of Mr. S.M. Momaya with the Company as a Non-Executive Director with effect from September 01, 2013 liable to retire by rotation. |
