| Exchange Disseminated Time | Amrutanjan Health Care Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 14, 2010, inter alia, resolved to recommend payment of Final Dividend of Rs. 10/- per share (100%) on the Equity Share Capital of Rs. 3.03 crores for the year ended March 31, 2010. This is apart from Interim Dividend for the year 2009-10 @ Rs. 5/- per share {50%,} already paid during February, 2010.
The total Dividend declared for the previous year ended March 31, 2009 was Rs. 57/- per share (570%) inclusive of Special One Time Interim Dividend of Rs. 40/- (400%) per share. |
