| Exchange Disseminated Time 27/02/2017 18:29:11 | Sanofi India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held on February 27, 2017, took note of resignation of Mr. J. Silvestre and Mr. P. Chocat as Non-Executive Directors of Company from the close of the business hours on February 26, 2017. Consequently, Mr. N. Rajaram and Mr. A. Sood ceased to be Alternate Directors of Mr. J. Silvestre and Mr. P. Chocat respectively. Mr. N. Rajaram and Mr. A. Sood will however continue as Whole Time Directors of the Company.
The Board also approved the appointment of Mr. Cyril Grandchamp-Desraux and Mr. Thomas Rouckout as Additional Directors on the Board of the Company w.e.f. February 27, 2017. The said Directors will hold the office up to the next Annual Genera! Meeting of the Company. Mr. Cyril Grandchamp-Desraux and Mr. Thomas Rouckout are not related to any Directors of the Company.
