| Exchange Disseminated Time | Hilton Metal Forging Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 06, 2010, has decided that:
1. The Company will publish the Audited Financial Results, on or before June 30, 2010 for the Financial Year 2009—10 instead of publishing the Unaudited Financial Results for the fourth and the last quarter ended March 31, 2010.
2. The extra ordinary General Meeting of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 07, 2010 inter alia to consider and to pass special resolution under Section 149(2A) of the Companies Act, 1956 for commencement of new business. |
