| Exchange Disseminated Time | | Supreme Industries Ltd has informed BSE that as per the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading ) Regulations, 1992, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for the purpose of declaration of unaudited financial results of the Company for the 3rd quarter ended March 31, 2015 for all the Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company from April 17, 2015 upto a period of 24 hours after the date on which unaudited financial results for the 3rd Quarter ended March 31, 2015 is submitted to the Stock Exchanges. Accordingly all the Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company have been intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window. |
