| Exchange Disseminated Time | | Cyber Media India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 28, 2010, inter alia, approved the re-appointment of Mr. Pradeep Gupta as Chairman and Managing Director approved the re-appointment of Mr. Pradeep Gupta as Chairman and Managing Director; Mr. Shyam Malhotra as Executive Director and Mr. Krishan Kant Tulshan also as Executive Director, in accordance with schedule XIII of the Companies Act, for tenure of three years starting March 01, 2010. The said re-appointments have been made subject to the approval of shareholders. There will be no change in the constitution of Company's Board of Directors as a consequence of these decisions. |
