| Exchange Disseminated Time 19/05/2017 15:39:17 | Kanco Tea & Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2017, inter alia, to consider and approve the standalone and consolidated Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter / year ended March 31, 2017 and recommend Annual Dividend, if any.
Further, in accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from May 23, 2017 to June 01, 2017 (both days inclusive) i.e. completion of 48 Hours after the announcement of the financial results of the Company to the Stock Exchanges. |
