1. Appointment of new Director : Mr. Anup Kumar is appointed as Additional Director of the Company w.e.f. December 29, 2011.
2. Resignation Mr. George Jacob Resigned from the Board and has ceased to be Director of the Company w.e.f. December 29, 2011.
Further the Company has informed that, another meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on January 15, 2012 inter alia, to approve, the unaudited financial statements for the quarter ending December 31, 2011. |
