| Exchange Disseminated Time | Kaira Can Company Ltd has informed BSE that in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Inside Trading) Regulations, 2015 and as per
the Policy on Disclosure and Internal Procedure for Prevention of Insider Trading adopted by the Company, the Trading Window for all connected / designated persons of the Company will remain closed from April 01, 2016 and the same will remain closed till 48 hours after announcement of the Audited Financial Results for the year March 31, 2016, to the public.
Accordingly, all Directors / Connected persons / Designated persons of the Company have been informed not to trade in Securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window. |
